Refund policy

Because our pieces are handmade and fragile, we have a limited and carefully defined return policy.

Made-to-Order Items

All made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes any items produced specifically for your order.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be packed with the same care and protection used in the original shipment.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit. Any item that arrives damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@nanigoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Photos of the exterior shipping box
  • Photos of the internal packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

Once we review the damage, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund. Claims submitted without proper documentation or outside the 24-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom items
  • Sale items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded, and a new order can be placed if desired.
