Cuna Lamp

Cuna Lamp

$1,025.00

Inspired by the cultural roots of my maternal grandparents, this piece fuses elements of Mexican Folk Art with a Scandinavian inspired silhouette. The piece gets its name Cuna from the Spanish word meaning cradle. The blended design cradles the lights it holds and emulates a dancing mobile with its cast shadows.

The pendant light is hand thrown on a wheel in a speckled clay body and then modified with hand built coils to create the frame. The pendant body is hand brushed in a satin matte watermelon red glaze.

All hardware is unlacquered brass, including a flat brass canopy. Black round cord. Overall drop is currently 60", but can be specified to your specification.

Ceramic Pendant Shade is 9.5” Diameter x 7.5” H
